摘要

通过对河南省淅川县两年来退耕还林实践的分析

总结了取得的成绩、主要做法和存在问题

指出了淅川县进一步实施退耕还林的重大意义和应处理好的几个关系。

Abstract

The practice of converting farmland to forestland in Xichuan County of He'nan Provine in the last 2 years is analysed. The findings

including shortcomings

of this work are summarised. The research points out the significance of developing land for forestry in Xichuan County and clarifies the main aspects of this land use conversion in order to direct successful attempts.
