摘要

公路建设对青海经济的发展具有极为重要的作用

由于各种原因致使公路建设加剧了对环境的破坏

在青海特殊的环境条件下

环境反过来加剧了对公路的破坏

使得公路建设极为困难

抗灾功能低下。通过采取有效措施降低公路建设对脆弱生态环境造成的影响

同时提高公路系统的抗灾功能

使得公路建设走上一条可持续发展之路。

Abstract

Highway construction is very important to the economic development of Qinghai Province

but for various reasons highway construction has a serious impact on the natural environment.At the same time

the fragile environment of Qinghai Province makes highway construction very difficult.The environmental safe-guards of the highway construction system are vulnerable.We must improve the environmental safeguards by implementing effectivemeasures to reduce the environment impacts of construction.This will help achieve the goal of sustainble development of highways in Qinghai Province.
