Based on the perennial practice to participate constructing project of national experimental and demonstration areas of soil and water conservation and first-hand investigation

to aim at some problems encountered in the constructing process of experimental and demonstration of soil and water conservation in some regions

we have put forward some suggestions on the problems encountered in the construction of soil and water conservation demonstration area roundly and detailedly from 4 aspects such as target of the construction

to hold the principle

construction contents and management measures for further discussion and integrity.We also hope that these suggestions are enriched and improved in practice and will be formed to a standardized proposal for the utilization in demonstration area construction of soil and water conservation.
