摘要

在理解农户土地利用决策机制的基础上

利用329份农户问卷调查数据

采用Tobit模型探讨了农户层次的土地用途变更的影响因素。调查数据主要来自常熟市、如东县和铜山县

分别代表江苏省南部、中部和北部地区。研究表明

农户层次的土地用途变更受到多种因素的影响

包括土地市场参与、劳动力市场参与、区位条件、农户土地资源禀赋等;土地市场的参与导致了更多的土地用途变更;不同类型的劳动力转移对于农业土地用途变更有不同影响;而非农收入的提高则会提高农户土地用途变更比重;农户层次的土地用途变更还具有明显的区域差异。

Abstract

Based on the mechanism of agricultural landuse conversion at household level

the relationship between the conversion and its related factors was analyzed by using the Tobit model and 329 valid questionnaires in Tongshan City

Rudong and Changshu counties.The three investigated regions respectively represent the south

middle

and north area of Jiangsu Province.Results from the analysis showed that agricultural land conversion was greatly influenced by the participation of land market and labor market

location

endowment of households

and so on.When land market was adopted

agricultural landuse conversion tended to occur.As far as labor transfer concerned

different types of labor transfer had different influences on landuse conversion

and landuse conversion increased with the income from increased nonagricultural activities.Furthermore

these impacts showed a zonal difference.
