提出了加快建立试点

强化相关立法

加强基础研究

以推动水土保持生态补偿工作深入开展的对策和建议。

Abstract

As an important part of ecological compensation

the soil and water conservation ecological compensation is receiving increasing at tention by the state and society. Based on the analysis of the stat us of the oretical research and practice on soil and water conservation ecological compensation and problems

some suggestions on speeding up experimental site establishment

strengt hening legislation and basic research are proposed in order to promote the ecological compensation work.
