it is also suggested to expand artificialgrassland actively

to develop animal and husbandry greatly

to cofferdam and level land

to accelarate the construction of small rectangularland. It is found that more crop land

little grassland and great inputproduce little income with much disasters and poor land before the harness

on the contrary

after it is harnessed splendid forest and rich harvest are obtained from less land

more grassland and little input with moreincome. Great amount of grain and cotton and the products from farming

forestry and animal husbandry are contributed to the country every year.
