摘要

我国黄土高原西部地区

包括甘肃、宁夏和青海的海东地区

位于干旱和半干旱的气候类型地带。土壤水分一般处于低储量、低利用的状况

各地程度不同地保持着可供地面作物利用的土壤水分潜力。采取调整农林草的地区品种结构;采取有效办法提高地温;提高施肥水平

以肥调水;发展作用较大的乔灌混交林和改变耕作方式等

提高土壤水分利用率。

Abstract

The western area of 1oss plateau of China

including the area of GansuProvince

Ninxia Hui Autonomous region and Haidon district of QinghaiProvince

lies in the arid and semi-arid climatic zone. The soil moisturegenerally is the state with low storage and low usability

all kinds of landremainds moisture potentiality in soil usable to the crops on the ground indifferent extent.The way to raise the use ratio of soil moisture is to adjustthe variety structure in the area of farming

forest and grass

to raise theground temperature in effective method

to raise the level of fertilizer ap-plication

using fertilizer to transform water

to develop larger mixed forestwith arbor tree and brush and to change the tillage style.
