摘要

我国北方农业低产落后、自然灾害频繁的一个主要原因是土地贫瘠。这是我国北方特定自然条件所形成

同时也有着悠久的历史根源。我们的祖先在这块宝地上为世界农业发展和人类文明作出巨大贡献的同时

也破坏了这个基地的生态环境

到处水土流失

沟壑纵横

耕地破碎

土壤瘠薄。要通过水土保持综合治理

改良土壤

建立起用地养地相结合的耕作制度

使土地越种越肥

永续高产稳产。

Abstract

The poorness of soil is one of the major causes that make the agricultural yield of northern China backward anal natural disasters frequetly

which is produced from the given natural conditions of northern China

haring an ageold history origin

Our forefathers also damaged the ecological eniironment of the base when they made great contributions to the development of world agricutare and the civilization of mankind on the precious land，now the scenary is with serious soil loss

vertical and hor izontal gullles

broclcen farmland and poor soil.It is suggested thatthrough comprehensive harness of soil conservation we improve soil

establish farming system to use and cultivate land

and make the soil more fertile as it is farmed to ensure high and stable yield permanently
