摘要

本文首先阐明了水土保持综合治理的含义与内容

指出黄土高原地区的滑坡、泥石流

是加剧水土流失的重要因素。以韭园沟、吕二沟和南小河沟典型小流域综合治理为例

提出流域综合治理是防治滑坡泥石流灾害的根本措施。

Abstract

At first the paper introduces the meaning.and contents ofcomprehen-sive transforming of soil and water conservation

and points out thatthe landslides and debris flows in the loess plateau area are the essentialfactors to increase the soil and water loss. It combines the comprehensivecontrolling experience of typical small basin such as Jiuyuan gully

Luergully and Nanxiaohe gully

puts forward that the comprehensivecontrol-ling of landslide and debris flow is the fundamental measures.
