摘要

该文对黑土区基本情况作了介绍

分析了水土流失的危害及其原因

并通过系统诊断探索水土保持与粮食产量之间的关系

说明了水土保持在黑土地区低产田改造中的作用

提出了保持水土

改造低产农田的措施。

Abstract

This paper introduces the basic situations in the black soil area and analyses the damage caused by soil erosion and causes

and also

systematically probes the relationship between water and soil conservation and food crop yields. This indicates the important role of water and soil conservation in the tranforming low-yield farmlands in the black soil area. Alao

it suggests some measures to conserve soil and water and to transform Iow-yield farmlands.
