摘要

作者于1991年10月对美国小流域和农业情况进行了实地考察。通过考察

对比分析了中美两国在小流域治理和农业生产上的特点。认为

中美两国国情不同

因而区域开发的规划、目标、方法和模式显然不同。因此

应该尊重我们自己的经验

走自己的科研和治理道路。

Abstract

The conditions of small watershed control and agriculture in American were investigated by the authors in Oct

1991. Based on the investigation

the characteristics of small watershed control and agriculal production betweenAmerican-China were compared and analysed. It was concluded that the plans

aims

ways and medels for regionexploitation are all different obviovsly because of their different situations. For these

we Chinese should studyourself's experience and Walk ourself's directions of scientific research and control.
