摘要

黄河中游四大片水土流失区，自然条件恶劣，生态环境脆弱，气候干旱，水土流失严重，人民生活贫困，经济不发达，严重地制约了该地区生产的发展和经济的腾飞。经过10年综合治理，狠抓农田基本建设和种树种草，调整土地利用结构，改善基础设施，发展商品经济，治理成效十分显著，水土保持效益及经济效益明显，群众生活水平显著提高。

Abstract

In the 4 areas with soil and water loss in middle reaches of the Yellow river.the developping of production and the prosper of economy is seriously restricted by factors of adverse natural condition

poor life of the peasants and undeveloped economy. As a result of comprehensive harness for 10 years.the benefits is very notable by vigorously promote the founditional construction of field

planting trees and seeding grass.regulating the structure of land untilazation

improving funditional installation and developping commodity economy.The benefits of soil and water conservation and economy is notable

and the living standard of peansants is obviously raised.
