摘要

水土保持是一门综合应用技术科学。该文主要阐明了水土保持科技成果的层次属性和纵向转移的基本规律及水土保持科研周期与应用推广周期循环的内涵与功能，并提出实行“三结合”是技术转移及科技成果转化为社会生产力的基本途径。

thepaper discussed the function and connotation of research and application cycle of soil and water conservation
