摘要

该文以鲁山县清水河试点流域为例，对处于暴雨中心区基岩山地的地形、气候、暴雨特征、岩土性状及水土流失状况等，从水土保持综合治理措施配置、暴雨条件下的沟道防护工程设计和治理开发途经进行了探索性试验研究。通过试验研究使人们进一步认识了山区生态经济规律，建立以多年生经济植物为核心的生态经济模式，重塑森林生态平衡系统，以实现基岩山区环境优美、自然生态和社会经济同步协调发展的目标。

designing gullyprotective engineering under rainstorm circumstance and controlling developing way. It makes peo-ple fully realize the ecological economic law in mountain area and found optimized ecological econom-ic medle taking perennial economic plant as the core. A balance system of forestry ecology will beobtained again and the target of beatiful enviroment and harmonious devclopment between natureand social economy will be realized.
