摘要

该文概述了河北省滦平县水土流失的状况及危害，回顾了40多年来经过艰苦努力走向小流域综合治理的正确道路。探索出山、水、田、林、路综合治理，林、果、粮、草、药立体开发，融经济、社会和生态三大效益于一体的治理开发模式。几年来经过综合治理的13条小流域，已经初步取得可喜的经济、生态和社会等各项效益。

Abstract

This paper has discussed the situation and damage of soil and water losses in Luanping county in hebei provinceand reviewed the way how to move towards correct road of comprehensive control of small watershed in the pastforty years. The model of control and development of comprehensive control of mountains

rivers

fields forestry androads.of stereoscopic development of forestry fruit tree

grain.grass.medicinal plants

and of organicunite mergingeconomy

society and ecology has been explored. In recent years

thirteen small watersheds by comprehensire controlhave acheived initialy gratifying effects of economy

ecolo}y and society etc.
