摘要

为了使水土保持规划设计方案得以顺利实施

笔者重点研究了4个问题:1.规划设计的基本思想;2.规划设计中水土保持启动问题;3.规划设计中对资源利用情况的确定;4．规划设计方案实施中农业资源合理利用机制问题。

Abstract

In order to carrying out the plan of soil and water conservation program design successfully

the authors study several principal problems as follows:1.the basic thought of soil and water conservation program design.2.the starting of soil and water conservation in pragram design.3.the definition of resource utilization in the desing.4.the mechanism of rational utilization for agricultural resources in carrying out the plan of the program design
