摘要

该文系统回顾了近些年来水土保持规划工作情况

指出当前规划工作在类型分区、资料获取、定额计算等方面缺少统一、明确的技术标准。从当前和长远考虑

有必要在认真总结各地规划工作经验基础上

逐步研究制定一套内容系统、结构合理、技术先进、方法明确、操作易行的规划技术标准。

Abstract

Based on the systematic review for planning work of soil and water conservation within the last yews

the author points out that integrative an d clewr technological criteria are needed in respects of district classification

data obtaining.quota Calculation and so on From a long-term point of view and present thought.it is necessary to make cut some technoiogical criteria which is systematic in content.rational in structure.advanced in tecilenique.clear in method and simple in execution.And this work should be done on the basis of caretully summing up the working experience in different area.
