摘要

该文综述了浙江省小流域治理的现状，并结合湖州地区小流域综合治理开发的实践，对小流域治理的类型、必须遵循的原则、有关治理标准、配套技术以及经验与教训进行了初步的分析与讨论。

The currient situation of long-term comprehensive harness and development at smallwatershed of Zhejiang province are summaried. Combining the practice of smallw atershed development of Huzhou region

and the necessary techniquesetc. comprehensive harness are discussed. The experiences and lessons of comprehensive harness at smallw atersheds in the province are analysied.
