摘要

结合河北省实际，阐述了水土流失对发展生态农业的影响，指出水土流失治理是山区生态农业的基础，小流域综合治理是其基本形式，是下游平原地区生态农业发展的重要保证。并提出了加强水土保持工作，促进生态农业建设的具体措施。

Abstract

Based on the reality of Hebei province

the effects of soil erosion on the development of ecological agriculture are discussed.It is pointed that comprehensive control of soil erosion is the basis of ecological agriculture in mountain areas

meanwhile the comprehensive control at small watershed is the specific pattern of it

it could ensure the development of ecological agriculture in plain areas at the lower reaches.Some specific countermeasures are suggested to enhance soil and water conservation

and to promote the construction of ecological agriculture in the province.
