针对目前国内外土壤风蚀研究存在的问题，提出了研究土壤风蚀容忍量的目的和意义；并对风蚀容忍量的四个主要问题即成土速率、风蚀危害、风蚀预测及风蚀控制的T值计划作了详述。

In the view of existing problems in the wind erosio nresecrch

the concept of Wind Erosion Tolera nce derived from the Soil Loss Tolerance is introduces along with its goals and significance

and fourmain fields of the wind erosio n tolerance

i.e.soil formation rate

wind erosion effect on soil pro ductivity

wind erosion prediction and T-V alue planning to control wind erosion are discussed in detail as well.
