摘要

该文对江苏省国营淮海农场采用匡圩封闭排水除涝、降渍，改造滨海盐碱土，提高农业综合生产能力所取得的成功经验和经济效益进行较系统地分析总结，为滨海地区开发利用和治理盐碱土提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract

The Huaihai state operated farm of Jiangsu province transforms coastal saline alkaline soil by constructing low lying paddy fields surrounded with dykes to drain the waterlogging.The comprehensive productivity and economic benefit were increased obviously.By analyzing their successful experiences systematically
