摘要

从石亭江水灾泛滥引发思考

寻找原因

认为人为水土流失是诱发水灾的重要原因

指出水土保持的重要性及实施可持续发展战略的必然性。

Abstract

The flood on Shiting river has been more serious recently. Man-made soil and water loss is considered as an important cause for that. The importance of soil and water conservation and necessity of sustained development strategy is put forward.
