摘要

小流域治理效益的评价是一个多层次多指标的评价过程，根据各评价指标特征值之间的变异程度，利用信息论中熵这一工具，确定各评价指标的权重，以减小人为赋权的主观性。在此基础上，建立数学评价模型，使评价结果更加客观

Abstract

The benefit evaluation about small watershed control is a multi-level and multi-index problem. According to variation degree among the characteristic values of evaluation indexes

the information entropy was used as a tool to determine the weight

so as to reduce the subjectivity of people. The model improved on the basis of information entropy can make the evaluation result more objectives.
