摘要

分析了陕西省开展集雨节灌的必要性和可行性

探讨陕西省不同地区集雨节灌发展模式及发展前景

提出了今后工程建设中要注意做好规划

按照先易后难原则分步实施

加大集蓄雨水的配套节水灌溉技术推广步伐

加强工程管理

加大科学研究力度等对策。

Abstract

The necessities and feasibilities of undergoing water-saving irrigation in Shaanxi province are analyzed

and the developing patterns and prospect of waters-saving irrigation in different parts of the province are inquired into. It offers measures that later after constructing projects

attention should be given to the well planning first; then based on the principle of easy plans first

difficult ones afterwards

those plans should be made fulfilled

and that the steps of popularizing the technologies of water-saving irrigation of stored rainwater should be quickened

that projects management should be enforced and scientific studies should be emphasized more.
