摘要

耕地保护是西部大开发进程中必须解决的重要问题之一。在研究西部土地资源开发利用现状的基础上

辨析了西部大开发进程中耕地保护存在的问题

提出了新一轮西部大开发中耕地保护和生态环境建设的一系列有效对策。

Abstract

Cultivated land protection is one of the important problems which is indispensable to solve in the process of west China's development. Based on the introduction of current situation of land resources in the west region of China

the problems of cultivated land protection in the process of west China's development are analyzed

and aseries of effective measures are pointed out.
