摘要

采用室内试验观测与野外观测相结合的方法研究了河北省片麻岩低山区坡面产流规律和水土流失规律 ;在中心试验区根据不同立地条件，建立不同的防洪减灾模式，观测其防洪减灾效益，建立了较为完善的低山片麻岩区防洪减灾技术体系。

Abstract

The laws of forming flood on sloping fields and soil and water losswere researched by experiment in laboratory and field. According to the condition

Deferent models of preventing flood in centric experimental area are established. The benefit of the models are observed

and a perfect technical system of preventing flood in low mountainous gneiss region is established.
