Utilizing the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model
a comprehensive evaluation model of the regional groundwater resources carrying capacity is established. And groundwater resources carrying capacity in Guanzhong plain area is analyzed and evaluated by the model. The evaluated resultsshow that this method is reasonable and reliable. Additionally
the related strategies for rational development and utilization of groundwater resources are suggested.
