Analysis and Prediction on Rural Eco-environmental Quality of Jinghe River Basin in Gansu Province During 2010-2019
[Objective] Issues related to rural eco-environmental quality assessment in the Jinghe River basin of Gansu Province were studied in order to provide references for rural eco-environmental protection and high-quality development research.[Methods] Based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) model
a rural eco-environmental quality evaluation index system for the Jinghe River basin in Gansu Province was constructed. The eco-environmental quality level was evaluated using the entropy method and the comprehensive index method. The model was predicted by using gray GM (1
1).[Results] The grade change trend of the comprehensive index of rural eco-environmental quality from 2010 to 2019 was "bad-poor-medium"
but the overall trend was increasing. The pressure index exhibited a V-shaped change pattern
and the state index and response index increased year by year
indicating that the implementation of environmental governance policies were effective. The index was expected to reach a good level by 2021.[Conclusion] In the future
it is necessary to increase investment in rural environmental protection funds and policies in order to improve local environmental protection systems and measures
