摘要

[目的

]

划定生态功能保护条件下重庆市生态保护红线，旨在维持生态稳定性及可持续性发展。[方法

]

选取水源涵养、生物多样性维护和土壤保持等生态系统服务功能重要性因子，以及水土流失、石漠化等生态环境敏感因子建立评价模型，在GIS空间分析技术支持下，开展生态系统服务功能重要性和生态环境敏感性评价，结合研究区现有各类禁止开发区，最终提出重庆市生态保护红线划定方案。[结果

]

全市共划分出4大类716块生态保护红线区，总面积30 790.91 km

，占重庆市幅员面积的37.33%。渝东北秦巴山区、渝东南武陵山区、三峡库区、都市区“四山”，以及渝南大娄山区等区域被划定为生态保护红线区。[结论

]

重庆市近年来大力实施的生态保护区建设工程取得了积极进展，对维护和提升区域生态系统服务功能起着积极作用。

Abstract

[Objective] To delineate the ecological protection redline in Chongqing Municipality under protection of ecological function in order to maintain the ecological stability and sustainable development.[Methods] Based on the characteristics of the regional ecological environment

the important factors of ecosystem service function such as water conservation

biodiversity maintenance and soil conservation

as well as the sensitive factors of soil erosion and kast rocky desertification

were selected to assess the ecosystem service function and eco-environment sensitivity in Chongqing Municipality.[Results] Four types of ecological protection redline areas with a total area of 30 790.91 km2 were delineated

accounting for 37.33% of the total area of Chongqing Municipality. Ecological protection red line areas were mainly located in the Qinba Mountain

Wuling Mountain

Three Gorge Reservoir

Metropolitan "Four Mountains" and Dalou Mountains in Southern Chongqing Municipality.[Conclusion] In recent years

great progress has been made in the construction of ecological protection area in Chongqing Municipality

which plays a positive role in maintaining and improving the service function of regional ecological system.
