Coupling of Water Conservancy Construction, Ecological Construction, Rocky Desertification Control System in Guizhou Province
[Objective] Study on the coupling of water conservancy construction
ecological construction
rocky desertification which are the trinity planning was carried out in Guizhou Province to promote the project integration between the three aspects
and to achieve the maximum benefit. [Methods] According to the system theory
the trinity as the three subsystem
evaluation index system was established using principal component analysis method
the SPSS software and the coupling degree model were used to calculate. [Results] The coupled system in the coupling of the three planning periods(2006-2010
2011-2015
2016-2020) were 0.68
0.86
0.89
respectively
indicating that the coupled system was in the run-in period before the trinity planning
and it had the good resonance coupling after the trinity planning. [Conclusion] The trinity planning can effectively break the bottleneck restriction of the development
and promote social
economic and ecological sustainable development in Guizhou Province. It is proposed to continue to strengthen the construction of the projects with these three aspects.
