摘要

水资源承载力涉及到整个资源、经济、环境大系统

水资源承载力与社会、经济、环境可持续发展是否协调是全球关注的重大问题。在充分理解水资源承载力概念、水资源承载力影响因素的基础上建立了水资源承载力评价指标体系及评价方法

并以典型缺水的关中地区为例进行了研究

得到了关中水资源可持续利用的满意方案.
