摘要

发展中国家和新生国家环境管理研究生培训班(UNEP/UNESCO/BMU Postgraduate Course on Environmental Man-agement for Developing and Emerging Countries)成立于1977年，位于德国东南部的萨克森州州府德累斯顿，是由联合国环境署，联合国教科文组织，联邦德国环境、自然保护与核安全部，联邦德国环境行政机构与德累斯顿工业大学共同组织并发起的，并由同时成立位于德累斯顿工业大学内的CIPSEM执行教学训一划。
