Technical Assessment of Soil and Water Conservatin Facilities in Yangchangwan Coal Mine of Ningxia Region
the development and construction projects have been initiated everywhere
and the soil and water loss has been aggravated with the rapid development of national economy. However
there are some weaknesses in implementing the projects
such as monitoring
supervision
and acceptance of soil and water conservation. The technical assessment route of soil and water conservation facilities should be devel-oped immediately. Present works concerning the technical assessment should be focused on examining dis-turbed lands
checking cinder pits
dump and service roads
following the principle of planting trees and grass suitable to local conditions
assessing systematically soil and water conservation facilities
