Soil and water conservation monitoring is an important measure for the management of construction project. The content
method and technology of soil and water conservation monitoring as well as the characteristics and harms of soil and water loss in the Rongqi to Shenzhen Expressway are discussed
combined with the characteristics of construction project. Some proposal on monitoring detail are given.
