摘要

广东省梅县于2002年被水利部列为"全国水土保持生态修复工程"试点县

3 a来实施了大量的生态修复措施

并开展了生态修复效益监测

取得了明显的效果。在梅县生态修复实践的基础上

初步建立了-套适合当地生态自我修复效益评价的指标体系

并对生态修复的效益监测成果进行了系统的分析和评价。评价结果表明

梅县水土保持生态修复各项效益较治理前都有了不同程度的提高。

Abstract

Meixian County of Guangdong Province was approved as one of the demonstration counties for soil and water conservation eco-rehabilitation in 2002.Many control measures have been developed

eco-rehabilitation benefit monitoring has been implemented

and notable effects have been obtained.Based on the prac呻 tices in the county

a suitable assessment system for eco-rehabilitation benefits is provided.Meanwhile

the system is applied to analyze and appraise monitoring results.It has been proved that the benefits from the eco-rehabilitation of soil and water conservation in the county are improved to a great extent.
