An assessment on the economic value of ecological forests in controlling flood
producing surface runoff
soil and water conservation and fertility improvement was carried out in Guangdong Province.The results showed that the total economic value of eco-forests to soil and water conservation and water resources improvement was 16 445.36 millions RMB in Guangdong Province in 2010
