摘要

土地利用协调发展度评价对区域土地资源的利用具有重要指导意义。基于土地利用的生态服务价值指数

以陕西省101个县区为例

从土地利用的社会经济发展水平和生态环境质量两个方面建立了土地利用协调发展度评价模型

对陕西省各县区的土地利用协调发展度进行综合评价。研究结果表明

基于生态系统服务价值(ESV)核算的土地利用效益评价可在一定程度上反映土地利用潜力

为全面分析土地利用协调发展度提供了较好的视角同时

陕西省各县市土地利用的地均经济效益和社会效益协调度明显高于二者与生态效益之间的协调度榆林、延安市及周边县市的土地利用协调发展度较高

总体协调发展度呈北高

南低

关中塌陷的状态。因此

经济发展过程中应更加注重生态环境的保护

以增强土地承载能力。

Abstract

The evaluation of coordinated development degree of land use has important guiding significance to the regional land use.Based on the ecological services value(ESV) degree of land use

and taking the 101 counties in Shaanxi Province as study areas

the evaluation model of coordinated development degree of land

use had been established from the two aspects(the socio-economic development and ecological environment quality of land use)

and thus a comprehensive evaluation of the coordinated development degree of land use has been made.The results showed that the evaluation of land use efficiency could reflect to some extent the potential of land use

and then provided a better perspective to comprehensive analysis of the coordinated development degree of land use.At the same time

the coordination of economic and social benefits of land use was significantly higher than the coordination between the ecological benefits in the cities and counties in Shaanxi Province.The coordinated development degree of land use was higher in Yulin

Yan'an City and the surrounding counties.Overall

the coordinated development degree was descending from north to south.Therefore

in the process of economic development

we should pay more attention to the protection of eco-logical environment

and strengthen the land carrying capacity.
