Characteristics and Intensity of Soil and Water Loss Caused by Thermal Power Projects in Jiangsu Province
According to the typical survey data of soil and water loss caused by thermal power projects in Jiangsu Province
the author analyzed the correlation of the filling-cutting volume and soil erosion modulus after disturbed using SPSS and Excel software. The characteristics and the intensity of soil and water loss were discussed qualitatively and quantitatively.The result showed that the soil and water loss in temporary bulldozers area was the most serious
and the average erosion modulus reached 14747 t/(km2·a)
which should be the key monitoring and prevenlion area.The difference of erosion intensity in temporary bulldozers between different types of geomorphology areas in the north or south of Jiangsu was great.It was the most in plain sandy area(in the north of Jiangsu)
which reached 14392 t/(km2·a). The second was the hilly areathe plain sandy area in the north of Jiangsu Province>the hills area in the north of Jiangsu Province>the plain area in the south of Jiangsu Province}plain area in the north of Jiangsu Province.
