汉中地区连降大雨和暴雨

引起山洪暴发

滑坡垮山

江河横溢

堤防决口

造成严重损失。为了弄清灾害的成因

总结经验教训

省、地林学会先后组织了《水灾与森林》调查和学术讨论会

现就这个问题发表一点粗浅看法

供大家参考。这次灾害造成山区水土严重流失

滑坡崩塌;江河堤防决口

两岸房屋、农田遭受洪水淹冲

损失惨重。我认为

虽然造成这次灾害的直接原因是大气环流引起我区较长时期的连绵阴雨和较大强度的大雨和暴雨

而全区的特别是汉江流域上游的森林植被遭
