摘要

黄土高原属干旱和半干旱气候

年雨量在200—700毫米

并由东向西、由南向北雨量递减。雨量虽少但多以暴雨形式降落。暴雨及其径流与所形成的洪水

往往毁坏农田及其它工程设施

造成严重的水土流失。因此

研究本区的暴雨特性和分布规律

对水土保持极为重要

并对水利、铁路、公路及城建等部门的工程设计

亦有重要的实用价值。关于黄土高原的暴雨

曾引起不少学者的重视。五十年代以来

这方面的研究诚然取得了一些成果

但由于当时的自记雨量资料年限较短、雨量站稀少

加之本区地域辽
