摘要

1981年7—9三个月

四川省连遭暴雨和特大洪水

给农业生产造成很大损失。被淹、被冲耕地达1

200多万亩、其中

冲毁农田220多万亩

有40多万亩被冲成乱石滩

光板板

近期内难以复耕。总结这次洪灾的经验教训

究其发生的原因

固然主要是由于大气环流的变化所造成

但从我们的工作上检查

也是值得深省的。在治理坡耕地上

速度慢

面积小

有的质量还不高

综合治理也不够

因而抗御自然灾害的能力弱

未能把这次洪灾的损失减小到最低的限度

这是一个沉痛的教训。
