摘要

1981年

我国一部分省(市、区)受到持续的旱灾和其它自然灾害

严重地影响工农业生产

另一部分省(区)又多次遭到罕见暴雨的袭击

造成建国以来特大的洪灾。据不完全的统计

受特大洪灾危害的地区有: 6月下旬到7月上旬

广西壮族自治区的玉林、钦州两个地区的10个县降了大暴雨

其中陆川、合浦两县降雨量分别达到700多毫米和500多毫米

其余各县也在二、三百毫米以上。接着受台风影响

7月上旬

玉林、钦州地区和桂林的20多个县又遭大雨、暴雨的袭击

降雨量普遍在一、二百毫米以上

最多的横县达300多毫米。6月下旬到8月中旬

黑龙江省东部的黑龙江、松花江和乌苏里江汇流的三角洲地
