摘要

1981年

在几次大暴雨的袭击中

四川省垮坝失事的水库共59座。59座水库中

有已成水库54座

在建水库5座。按工程规模分:有中型1座

小(一)型3座

小(二)型55座。从坝型看:有土坝55座

土石混合坝1座

石坝3座。由于洪水翻坝而导致失事的有48座

因渗透管涌等其它原因而引起失事的有11座。导致水库失事的原因是多方面的

而且往往是多种因素的组合。在诸因素中

降大暴雨是其客观因素

而工程本身在勘测设计、施工、管理等方面存在不少问题

以及对防汛保安工作重视不够

则是其主观原因。
