摘要

秦岭山脉东起河南

横穿陕西

西至甘肃

长约300公里

宽约100—120公里

属土石山区。由于地质构造特殊

岩石破碎

土质疏松

大断层多

自古就有“山崩堵江”、“地移掩村”的历史记载和“蛟龙出山”的离奇传说。这些记载与传说的事实

就是我们现在所谓的泻溜、滑坡、崩塌、走山等重力侵蚀和泥石流灾害。古时的泥石流我们没有体会。1981年秋的泥石流

仅略阳、宁强、勉县、留坝、凤县、太白等六县统计

发生2.5万多处

大者流走土石几百万立方米

小者也有数万立方米

其危害之大

情景之惨

真是令人目不忍睹。
