摘要

国土整治是个战略方针问题

是个很重要的问题。国土整治和生态学有密切的关系

从生态学来讲

就是协调人与环境的相互关系。最近国际上经常提到一个名词

叫生物圈。所谓生物圈

是指地球上生物与环境的总体。在所有的行星中

目前知道的只有地球上有人。生物出现的范围只是很小的空间

从地球表面向上不到三十公里

向下不过二三公里。在这个很小的空间里

人是最高级的生物。万物的主宰就是人类。
