摘要

山西省山区实行以大包干为主的农业生产责任制后

相继有很多社队出现了以户承包治理小流域的新作法。这是各级干部解放思想、放宽政策获得的新成果

也是山西省水土保持工作的新发展。这种把包干制扩展到水土保持领域的新形式

博得了各级干部和群众的重视和支持

共同为水土保持工作的这种新发展而感到高兴。大家说:“千家万户对准了千沟万壑

这才是水土保持的新路子。看到这个好办法

才感到有了希望”。所以

山西省以户或联户承包治理小流域的工作发展很快。
