摘要

党的三中全会以后

我国农村发生了巨大的变革。这种巨大的变革都是从农业的最小单位——农户开始的。而农业的结构

正在朝着全面规划、综合治理

建立合理农业生态结构的方向发展。这样

任何形式的农户责任制

都必然要和社会、科学、经济、城市、环境发生联系

从而具有强烈的生态特点。这个特点在黄土高原丘陵沟壑区

在水土保持工作中

将起到更大的作用。为此

我们在陕北安塞县进行了“生态户”试验。我们将试验区的生产队

分为两种不同的类型:一种是拐沟队

多山坡地

仅有部分梯田或塌地

没有川水地;另一种是川道队

有部分川水地和部分山坡地。凡参加试验的社员户
