摘要

黄淮海地区

南起淮河

北至长城

西起太行山及豫西山地

东至黄、渤海之滨

包括五省二市

共375个县、市。总面积44.4万平方公里

不足国土5%

但耕地却占全国五分之一以上(22.53%)

是魏国最大的冲积平原。这个地区地势平坦

气候温暖

城市很多

交通方便

农业发展潜力很大。问题在于“洪、涝、渍、旱、碱、瘦”

是阻碍农业发展的限制因子。解决办法

众说纷纭。本文拟从系统科学角度

谈点看法。
