摘要

在治山造林的基础上大搞多种经营在安徽省13.9万平方公里的土地中有4.3万平方公里是山区，占31%，主要包含皖西大别山区和皖南山区的22个县。山区地貌复杂，既是温暖带的南缘，又是亚热带的北缘，南北交汇杂处，因而植物基因库资源丰富，品种繁多。但山区耕地每人平均只有8分，而山地每人平均却有7亩多。由于长期受到“左”的错误影响，逼粮上山
