各部门必需密切配合协作

我侧重林业方面讲一些意见

供大家参考。中央领导同志十分关心和重视林业工作。胡耀邦同志仅在今年3—7月5个月内对林业工作就有6次指示。4月18日

他到河北省易县视察时

在听了县委汇报后明确指出:我们的农业生产建设要有两个转变:一是从单纯搞粮食转变到在搞粮食的同时

要抓多种经营;二是从单纯搞水利建设转变到同时要抓植被建设。并且根据易县的情况具体指示

要把水利和林业的投资比例倒过来

使林业投资大于水利投资。
